General Summary: Recruits qualified candidates and assists with coordinating the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of GMG. Also Recruits, interviews, checks reference, and makes offers for all staff positions.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
General Requirements: All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience: One year minimum in recruitment experience preferred.
Other Requirements: Computer Skills: Skilled in use of computer/EMR systems. Knowledge of Word processing software, spreadsheet software, Internet, and database software.
Work Environment: Clinic environment. Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Mental / Physical Requirements: Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting up to 10 lbs. Close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.

- Assumes responsibility for maintaining clinical competencies according to Gonzaba Medical Group policy.
- Ensures customer service is always maintained at the highest level.
- Exercise tact and courtesy when dealing with patients, visitors, providers, and co-workers.
- Must always adhere to customer service expectations including in-person and virtual (via telephone, or telehealth applications) communication.
- Participates in educational programs as needed.
- This position will require driving a company vehicle or a personal vehicle; therefore, employees must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess, and maintain a current valid Texas Driver License, and proof of current insurance to be subject for mileage reimbursement.
- Oversees the staff recruiting process -this includes interviewing, checking references, making offers etc.
- Setting up and managing candidates in UltiPro, HireVue, and other platforms.
- Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
- Ensures that employees are hired at the correct rates based on GMG’s pay grade structure.
- Assists with developing and revising job descriptions.
- Assists with ensuring that the Organization’s management principles, policies and programs are consistently practiced.
- Tracks and reports on statistical information on a monthly, quarterly, and year end basis.
- Keeps abreast of current trends and practices in the HR field and recruitment field.
- Answers general information questions regarding all aspects of the Human Resources Department.
- English and Spanish fluency preferred.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
