Executive Assistant

Essential Functions

The Texas State Aquarium provides high quality, entertaining programming through education, conservation, and wildlife rehabilitation. We strive to provide our guests with an exciting, educational, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepare agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and post meeting action plans to optimize decision making.
• Coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondences to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement workflows and processes to enhance executive team efficiency, communication, and reporting.
• Act as Board of Trustee liaison ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate Board of Trustee meetings and event logistics.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings including room bookings, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
