Food Service Bus Person
Four Queens Hotel and Casino
Assists the food server to provide prompt and friendly service. Ensures that tables are clean before a guest is seated. Takes and delivers non-alcoholic beverages. Ensures that tables are properly stocked with all condiments.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
2. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
3. Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
4. Must be able to carry and balance service tray on shoulder. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
5. Must be able to obtain all local, state and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
6. Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels. Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Specialized Work Experience
1. Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner and ensures each guest has a dining room menu.
2. Ensures that non-alcoholic drink orders are taken and delivered quickly, accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
4. Returns to each assigned table periodically to ascertain whether additional items or service is desired.
5. Other duties as assigned.
