Patient Care Specialist

Lehan's is a locally, family-owned business seeking a full-time, customer service-oriented individual to provide retail sales assistance to our customers both on the phone and in person at our Aurora, IL location.

General Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist walk-in patients on the retail floor by listening to their needs and offering helpful suggestions.

• Collaborate with the PCT team to answer calls and take detailed notes.

• Maintain an organized showroom floor to create a great first impression for our patients.

• Perform inventory control tasks.

• Input customer demographics into Brightree for new walk-in customers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m

• Possess excellent customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Friendly, compassionate, and reliable.

• No experience necessary; extensive on-the-job training will be provided.

• Strong emphasis on a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
