Salesforce Administrator

Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining Salesforce systems, as well as a strong understanding of business processes and workflows. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce platform, as well as providing support to our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and data integrity
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and make recommendations for adoption
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
  
  

Compensation: The compensation for this position is $67,000-100,500 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and skillsets.
