Overview:

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a large international client. This role involves strategic account planning, negotiation, and management of the client's global portfolio to enhance satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities include the following and all other duties assigned:

  • Global Client Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong, enduring relationships with a major international corporate. Understand client needs and objectives to align our products and services on a global scale.
  • Strategic Global Account Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans for the client to maximize engagement and revenue potential. Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and regional expansion.
  • Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve or surpass annual sales targets with the international client. Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure continued revenue growth on an international level.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize profits globally. Ensure compliance with both company policies and client requirements across different regions.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the management of the international client's. Address any challenges or complaints to maintain trust internationally.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on the status of the international client's account to relevant stakeholders within the company. Keep management updated on account progress and any critical developments across regions.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain awareness of global market trends and competitor activities. Provide strategic recommendations based on insights from various international markets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to the international client's needs. Participate in global client and industry events to strengthen networking and client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field. (Not required but helpful)
  • Demonstrated experience as a Corporate Account Manager or similar role within a global sales environment, focusing on a large international client.
  • Strong capability to manage extensive global accounts across diverse geographical areas.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
