This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee and directly impact the operations of 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate primarily in Longmont but also in Boulder, including a dynamic mix of office, medical, warehouse, industrial, and retail properties.

As part of a boutique, service-driven firm, youll combine hands-on expertise with strategic management to deliver top-tier facilities for our tenants and partners. What Youll Do
- Oversee Operations: Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of multiple commercial properties, consistently upholding high-quality standards.
- Hands-On Expertise: Serve as the go-to problem-solver for tenant requests and building issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, doors, windows, water penetration, alarms, and more.
- Tenant and Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships to guarantee tenant satisfaction and coordinate vendor services efficiently.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize tools like building automation systems, work order platforms, preventative maintenance tracking systems, and camera monitoring to enhance operations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and manage budgets, oversee capital improvement projects, and implement robust preventative maintenance programs.
- Experience: 5+ years in facilities management, building engineering, or a related role, ideally in commercial real estate.
- Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with proficiency in high-tech solutions.
- Construction Skills: Familiarity with manual and power tools, plus the ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: A collaborative, service-focused professional who excels in fast-paced environments.
- Key Qualifications: Clean driving record and valid drivers license. Ability to pass a background check. Strong multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Advanced computer skills. Resides in Boulder County or nearby.
