SUMMARY
Responsible for processing jackpots, W2G’s, specialty fills and assisting with all guest concerns and/or needs in an assigned area. Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all policies and procedures and all internal and external regulations. Assures excellent guest service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Performs customer service calls in an assigned area. This area may encompass up to 400 Slot Machines.
2. Trouble shoots slot machine problems and clears simple jams. Notifies slot technicians with more serious malfunctions. Maintains ticket levels in slot machines in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
3. Ensures superior guest service by taking a proactive approach with guests. Greets guests with eye contact and a smile and offers help and assistance whenever possible.
4. Pays jackpots in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the accurate accounting of money pouch and assigned floor bank.
5. Identifies and resolves guest concerns by continually patrolling assigned work area.
6. Participates in departmental brainstorming meetings.
7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have a basic working knowledge of slot machine payouts and payout schedules. This is normally acquired through one to three years of related experience.
3. Ability to perform basic computer skills to accurately process jackpots and W2G’s.
4. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
5. Must have a working understanding of Regulation 6A. Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all local, state and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.
7. Must be able to be mobile throughout the casino. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions involve walking, meeting and greeting guests in gaming areas. Work may require weekend and evening work. Must work calmly and under stress when the volume of business increases. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.

Job-Specific Expectations
Front-line supervision of slot change persons, booth cashiers.
Reports to Director of Slot Operations/Assistant Director.
Directly manages change persons, slot booth cashiers, and slot carousel attendants.
Clears currency jams in slot bill acceptors.
Performs hopper fills on slots.
Verifies hand-paid slot jackpots and waits while change person makes jackpot payoff to customers.
Assists with personnel administration, including scheduling and discipline.
Verifies change persons', booth cashiers' and slot carousel attendants' opening and closing banks.
Answers guests' questions relating to problems with slots, tournaments, and/or promotions.
