Office Assistant & Customer Support Analyst

We are looking for an Entry Level Office Assistant Customer Support & Photo Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch customer support while ensuring our car photos meet the highest quality standards. You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues, and verify photo quality to ensure it aligns with our platform's criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to Inquiries & Manage Tickets: Address customer questions via email, chat, or phone and manage support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot & Escalate Issues: Resolve customer problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain Professionalism & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive experience for all customers, accurately documenting feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  
  
  

Photo Quality Review:

• Review Car Photos: Ensure all car photos meet quality standards (clarity, completeness, adherence to guidelines).
• Flag & Communicate Issues: Identify subpar photos and provide clear feedback for corrections or resubmission.
• Collaborate & Improve: Work with the photography team to suggest improvements and report on recurring issues.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot issues in both customer interactions and photo quality.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and support ticketing systems.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
