Avid Health at Home is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. This leadership role oversees a multi-disciplinary team of caregivers and ensures exceptional, personalized care for our clients.

About the Role:

As Clinical Manager, you’ll lead the oversight and supervision of care provided by PCAs, CNAs, Nurse Aides, LPNs, and RNs. You’ll be responsible for client care plans, case management, training, and ensuring top-tier compliance with care standards.


Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in North Carolina
  • 2+ years of clinical experience, with a preference for supervisory or teaching roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel in Onslow and surrounding counties
