As a UI Developer III, you will be a key player in driving the UI development efforts of our projects. Your advanced skills in front-end technologies, UI architecture, and usability will be essential in delivering outstanding user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and drive UI best practices across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex and innovative user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and back-end developers to gather requirements.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable UI solutions using the latest front-end technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure coding standards are followed.
  • Establish and maintain UI development best practices and guidelines.
  • Research and propose UI design improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Optimize UI performance, security, and accessibility standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and advancements.
  • Lead UI-focused projects and coordinate with other teams.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan

Requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of UI Developer experience.
  • Extensive experience as a UI Developer, showcasing a portfolio of complex and successful projects.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience with UI prototyping tools and graphic design software.
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
