Location: 9307 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood, WA 98499
Hours/Schedule: Monday and Wednesday: 2:00-7:00/Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:00-6:00
Pay Rate
Treatment = Paid per visit at $65/hr ($16.25/unit)
Evaluations = $150 per evaluation
