Position is Hybrid - Remote with some on-site requirements at our Noblesville Administration Office

Must live in Indiana

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Building Services Administrator is the key contact person for administrative, residential, clinical, and support staff for the purchase of supplies, materials and household goods. This position serves a critical role in the coordination of office environment maintenance, updates and new construction, participating in design, layout and implementation. This position will require regular driving to multiple work sites and to conduct off-site business activities.

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Experience in procurement and/or assisting facilities management highly preferred; other related experience may be considered
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
  • Arranging and/or coordinating an office environment, a plus
  • Bookkeeping experience, a plus

  • Ability to be flexible and work outside normal business hours, as needed
  • Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, video, or in person
  • Must have good data entry skills
  • Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible
  • Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple work sites and conduct off site business activities
