Unified Group Services has a reputation for excellent customer service in the marketplace, and this position is crucial to continuing that status.The job of the Implementation Coordinator is to be the point person for all communication (internal and external) during the transition of a new customer to Unified Group Services for the administration of their employee benefit plan. The implementation coordinator should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and must be comfortable speaking in front of an audience. The candidate should be skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. An understanding of benefit plan design is helpful. The candidate must be a self-starter and work independently while under pressure to meet deadlines. Some travel may be required as well as flexibility in workday hours.Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with broker and customer management team to collect information pertaining to transitioning their health plan benefits to Unified Group Services
- Clearly communicate information to internal teams.
- Create and coordinate administrative documents for signature.
- Create employee communication materials.
- Communicate setup details to applicable vendors.
- Process routine and non-routine tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to manage work independently.
- Analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with internal and external contacts with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people professionally and effectively.
- Good organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone skills
- Excellent attendance
- Experience with self-funded insurance preferred.
- High School degree
- two years of experience in a customer service role
