The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) team is focused on supporting patients wishing to access Sanofi therapies. This is achieved by offering programs that provide reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. In addition to the program offerings, the PSS organization is also home to field teams that provide education and support to patients and customers.
As the Associate Director of Patient Support Services Analytics, you will lead the development and governance of data dashboards and reporting platforms. Ensuring consistency and accuracy across product dashboards, you will collaborate with digital and hub teams to standardize operating models. Your strategic insights based on dashboard analytics will guide senior leadership decisions, ultimately improving patient support services and access to therapies.

Main Responsibilities:
Dashboard Development & Governance:
Lead the development and governance of data dashboards and reporting platforms.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across product dashboards.
Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization.
Evaluate non-platform reporting requests and assist in the efficient assignment and development of ad hoc reporting.
Conduct regular reviews of dashboards across the portfolio to ensure needs are being appropriately met.
Identify efficiencies and opportunities within PSS reporting for PSS Affordability programs including PAP, Bridge Programs, Copay etc.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Collaborate with PSS teams to standardize reporting models for PSS Affordability programs.
Collaborate with digital to ensure data availability for reporting.
Provide strategic insights based on dashboard analytics to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain dashboard governance policies and procedures.
Engage with internal PSS teams to support program strategies.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
7 or more years of experience in data analytics
Experience in patient support services, healthcare management, or a related area within the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, etc.) preferred.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
Experience with centralized patient services capability portfolio reporting.
Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
