Description
- Staffing
- Hire, train, develop and supervise staff within labor goals.
- Provide staff with performance goals, coaching, trainings and evaluation.
- Manage daily staffing, staffing schedules and goals for store employees daily.
- Operations
- Direct tasks to support floor plan layout.
- Ensure that daily plans for store employees are properly explained and executed.
- Be a leader and mentor to your employees.
- Safeguard company culture and address or report up all employee issues as required per company policies
- Manage and exceed key performance indicator goals such as sales, customer count, average transaction and others
- Compliance
- Manage store compliance with outlined safety policies and procedures as well as local health regulations.
- Manage store compliance with wage requirements, work hours requirements, and equal employment opportunities as per the company’s stated policies and according to state and federal compliance.
