What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Optimize clinical operations across acquisitions, DeNovos, and existing oral surgery practices
• Conduct routine audits and implement efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams on EHR processes and software transitions
• Mentor team members and monitor program effectiveness
• Travel up to 75% of the time to Oral Surgery practices across the U.S.
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS certification
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Surgical or dental experience
• Experience in mentoring and developing clinical team members
• Familiarity with budgeting, operational expenses, and workforce planning
• Knowledge of procurement systems and supply management
