Position Summary

The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria is seeking a dedicated Academic Obstetrician and Gynecologist to educate and mentor residents and medical students in obstetrics and gynecology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Educate and mentor residents and medical students in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic activities within the department.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DO.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to teach residents and medical students.
  • Interest in academic leadership roles and scholarly activities.
