Description

Summary

The Biomedical Equipment Technician III role is responsible for the safe and reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of high technological pieces of biomedical patient care equipment. This role provides technical oversight of work for Biomedical Equipment Technician I and II’s.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Associates Degree in Biomedical Electronics Technology preferred.
  • License/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Experience: Five years of experience in medical electronics repair required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Biomedical Equipment Technician II.
