Must have 2 years of management experience in the beauty or retail industry, and a passion for customer service, team building, and creating an exceptional guest experience! Our Center Managers drive our business and ensure al EWC Growth Core Values are consistently applied. This is a full-time salaried position with base plus monthly bonuses!

• We are committed to recognizing performance with an annual base salary range of $54,000 to $60,000 based on experience and location revenue. Our compensation structure includes a base salary complemented by incentives ranging 15% - 20% of salary, to reward those who achieve goals consistently.

Job Responsibilities

• Create daily/monthly goals for the center and its associates.
• Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
• Supervise, motivate, discipline, and coach associates in the moment, and as needed.
• Conduct all Strut Team Meetings and prepare activities or resources.
• Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Handle all guest issues that arise in a timely manner and be solution oriented.
• Complete weekly associate schedules and manage time off requests.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and submit orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare and cross check payroll reports.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed.
• Takes ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover.
• Maintain and uphold EWCG culture within the center.
• Follow all EWCG policies and procedures and always provide an exceptional guest experience.
  
  

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
