We are seeking an experienced RN to lead the wellness department in our charming assisted living and memory care community. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, working closely with the Executive Director.

- Supervise and support a team of care professionals.
- Coordinate resident care programs in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct pre-admission screenings and assessments.
- Evaluate and adapt resident care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and observe residents' health status.
- RN or LVN/LPN with an unencumbered state license.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting.
- Understanding of state assisted living regulations.
