Administrative Assistant

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

Description

We are offering an exciting long term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry for an Administrative Assistant in Clinton Township, Michigan. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, client communication, and mail preparation.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle inbound calls and address client inquiries
• Accurately enter and update client information in the system
• Prepare and distribute mail-outs as required
• Compose letters and email correspondence as per business requirements
• Execute data entry tasks with high attention to detail
• Assist in the process of filing tax returns, putting together packets and ensuring all documents are complete and in order.
• Manage customer service interactions with professionalism
• Take charge of situations as needed and exhibit problem-solving skills
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks
• Oversee bulk mailings and ensure timely distribution.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries with detail oriented and tact
• Capability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks
• Ability to compose well-structured and detail oriented letters for various business needs
• Proficiency in managing email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails
• Experience in mail distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mail
• Experience in handling bulk mailings, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Prior experience handling tax documents or returns a huge plus
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries diligently and effectively
