Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 / hour

Description

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Pre-Litigation team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to client service, and a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to collect vital information and provide timely updates on case progress


• Prepare secondary legal documents


• Draft and send formal letters to opposing counsel to support case progression and negotiation efforts


• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in a timely manner

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree required


• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred


• Prior experience working as a paralegal


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• Full-time availability
