Description

We are in the process of recruiting an Implementation Coordinator for our operations in Anderson, Indiana, United States. The role involves working closely with our team to ensure a seamless transition of health plan benefits. You'll primarily be involved with brokers and the customer management team, facilitating the creation of administrative documents, and carrying out other related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between the customer management team and brokers to gather necessary information for health plan benefits transition.
  • Provide clear and concise communication of information to the in-house teams.
  • Take charge in the creation and coordination of vital administrative documents that require signature.
  • Develop effective communication materials for employees.
  • Liaise with vendors to communicate setup details.
  • Carry out both routine and non-routine tasks as required by the function.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned in relation to the role.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with Ceridian software
  • Competency in CRM usage
  • Knowledge of Dayforce software
  • Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
  • Auditing skills
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Capable in Claim Administration
  • Proficiency in Cobra Administration
