You'll primarily be involved with brokers and the customer management team, facilitating the creation of administrative documents, and carrying out other related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the customer management team and brokers to gather necessary information for health plan benefits transition.
- Provide clear and concise communication of information to the in-house teams.
- Take charge in the creation and coordination of vital administrative documents that require signature.
- Develop effective communication materials for employees.
- Liaise with vendors to communicate setup details.
- Carry out both routine and non-routine tasks as required by the function.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned in relation to the role.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with Ceridian software
- Competency in CRM usage
- Knowledge of Dayforce software
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
- Auditing skills
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Capable in Claim Administration
- Proficiency in Cobra Administration
