Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to seamless event operations, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain event schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Set up and manage event spaces, including decorations and equipment.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues during events.
- Support post-event evaluations to improve future outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in event coordination or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, event management software).
