Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure event success.
- Oversee on-site event setup, management, and teardown.
- Address client and guest concerns promptly and professionally during events.
- Maintain accurate records and manage event-related documents.
- Provide post-event feedback and analysis to improve future projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
