As The Vice President, Foster Care, You Will
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our foster care program.
- Develop, refine, and implement policies, procedures, and program goals.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
- Provide supervision, training, and professional development to staff.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and program evaluations.
- Advocate for cultural sensitivity and teamwork in all interactions.
- Represent TFI Family Services to top management, public groups, and boards.
- EducationMaster's degree in social work or a human services field.
- ExperienceFour to six years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in program management.
- SkillsExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OtherValid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the foster care program.
- Report program evaluations and results to the Senior Vice President/COO.
