This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting research findings, enhancing consumer engagement, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, and managing vendor relationships

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting research findings, enhancing consumer engagement, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, and managing vendor relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects: Oversee various research methodologies, including focus groups, surveys, and ethnographic studies, to gather consumer insights and product feedback.
- Collaborate with product development teams: Work closely with design, product development, and marketing teams to ensure research insights inform product innovations, enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
- Present research findings: Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, providing clear, actionable strategies to drive business growth.
- Enhance consumer engagement: Lead initiatives to better understand and engage with the target audience through research that explores their pain points, preferences, and satisfaction with the product line.
- Develop research reports and dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and brand performance, ensuring data-driven decisionmaking.
- Vendor management: Manage relationships with external research vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time completion of research projects

Specific Skills or Experience Required
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience in Programming/Analysis/Reporting of quantitative surveys
- Proficiency in research tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta, SPSS).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings and recommendations.
- Experience in collaborating with product development and marketing teams to turn insights into innovation.
