HR Director

Windsor of Savoy, located in Savoy, Illinois is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Director to join our management team. In this key role, you'll lead HR functions, manage personnel records, and ensure smooth payroll and benefits processes. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and play a crucial role in the development and support of our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee records and HRIS systems
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits coordination
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings and new hire orientation
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Serve as a key resource for team members and management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field required
• Previous HR experience at a supervisory or coordinator level required
• Strong payroll and benefits administration knowledge
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
