We are seeking two highly skilled Principal Cloud Engineers to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Director of Cloud Networking. These roles are critical in designing, deploying, and managing complex multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise and proven experience in engineering cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
As a Principal Cloud Engineer, you will be a key player in our cloud transformation efforts, utilizing your advanced engineering skills to create innovative solutions that meet our business needs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of cloud technologies and provide ongoing support and optimization for our cloud environments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design and Deployment: Architect, design, and deploy complex multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Deployment Manager for consistent and repeatable cloud infrastructure deployment
- Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices across all cloud environments, including identity and access management, encryption, and network security. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud infrastructure, addressing any bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Automation: Build and maintain automation scripts and processes to streamline cloud operations, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for critical systems
- Cost Management: Analyze and optimize cloud costs across multiple platforms, implementing cost-saving measures and ensuring efficient resource utilization
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Cloud Networking and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, with a solid focus on deploying and managing solutions across 2 or more of Azure, AWS, and GCP
- 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool Terraform. Similar experience in CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager considered
- 3+ years of experience with scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- 3+ years of Multi-Cloud Expertise: Proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex multi-cloud environments, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of each platform
- 3+ years of cloud security experience: In-depth knowledge of cloud security practices, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, and compliance with security frameworks such as NIST
- 1+ years of experience with relevant certification in Azure, AWS, and GCP (e.g., Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect)
- Legally authorize to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required
- Problem-Solving: Proven excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on sharing knowledge and continuous improvement
- Self-Motivated: Proven highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a proactive team player
