We're looking to hire an associate attorney or junior partner in first party property litigation depending on candidate's experience level.
Responsibilities
- Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Attend court hearings and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Assist with case management and organization
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in litigation is preferred.
