Full Charge Bookkeeper

Salary: $24.00 to $28.00 hourly

Description

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team, based in Hamilton, Ohio. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the complete accounting cycle, encompassing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), Month End close
• Accurately processing customer credit applications.
• Conducting cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability.
• Utilizing Quickbooks Online for various accounting tasks.
• Administering full cycle payroll
• Creating and sending out invoices.
• Preparing and presenting financial proposals.
• Performing reconciliations for 3 bank accounts.
• Maintaining precise customer credit records.
• Handling project billing efficiently.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full charge bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Capability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience in Full Cycle Payroll management
• Proven skills in Project Billing
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online for accounting tasks
