PRIMARY PURPOSE

Service Leaders act as day-to-day leads within the Hannaford To Go department. With support for and from the Hannaford To Go Supervisor, Service Leaders ensure the department operates efficiently and provides an exceptional customer experience. Service Leaders give direction to Expeditors and Shoppers while also operating, hands on, within those roles as needed. As a leader, Service Leaders role model the service excellence we expect of all our associates. Through direction and attention to operational detail, a Service Leader ensures customers receive an exceptional experience during every Hannaford To Go transaction.
