About the Role

In this role, you'll be joining a team of passionate professionals dedicated to connecting people to mental health treatment. You'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide resources to those struggling with mental health. Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Work closely with internal partners to deliver on GTM goals

Requirements

• Must be based in Birmingham, AL
• Must be fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license for local travel
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
