Job Description:
Dezign Comm is looking for a skilled and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging. You will play a key role in enhancing the company's image, fostering client relationships, and coordinating various communication efforts
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and distribute content for newsletters, press releases, and company announcements.
- Coordinate and execute communication strategies to support organizational goals.
- Manage email campaigns and internal communication platforms.
- Collaborate with departments to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, events, and presentations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Act as the point of contact for media inquiries and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Previous experience in a communications role is highly preferred.
