SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Responsible for the efficient and precise packaging of products. Operate packaging machinery, conduct quality checks, and ensure proper labeling and storage, contributing to the organization's production and distribution processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but other duties may be assigned):
- Packaging Expertise: Demonstrate precision in the packaging of various products, maintaining high standards for accuracy and efficiency.
- Machine Operation: Operate packaging machinery and equipment with skill and attention to detail to achieve consistent results.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee the integrity and quality of all products before distribution.
- Labeling Compliance: Ensure that all labeling meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry standards.
- Storage Maintenance: Take responsibility for proper storage practices to preserve product quality and integrity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in cannabis product packaging or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain precision under varying work conditions.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations relevant to the cannabis industry.
- Effective communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively as part of a production team.
- A commitment to adapt and learn in a dynamic and evolving industry.

- WA Food Worker Card
UNION REPRESENTATION – This position is represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW 3000)
This is an on-site position with a 40-hour work week (M-F 7:00 am – 3:30 pm). Must have reliable transportation and will work on-site at our WA facility in South Park, Seattle.
