  • Implement training program per state requirements
  • Assist facility with various aspect of required trainings
  • Coordinate required orientation trainings
  • Conduct monthly trainings via in person or virtual meetings
  • Maintain facility training records


Qualifications And Skills

  • Must possess a current Texas RN/LVN License
  • Effective people management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
  • Must be able to travel/work remotely when required
