Description
Key Responsibilities:- Guide patients and families through treatment options and financial arrangements.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Represent the office at various community events and marketing initiatives to promote our practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Sales or public speaking experience is highly preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish Required
- Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus.
- A patient-focused, professional demeanor.
