Your Key Responsibilities

• Support lead glaziers in the installation and repair of glass in windows, doors, partitions, and storefronts.
• Learn to measure, cut, and shape glass under the guidance of skilled team members.
• Safely load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Prepare job sites by maintaining cleanliness and organization before and after installations.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment such as caulk guns and levels safely and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project completion.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience:
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Construction or glazing experience preferred (e.g., shower glass, auto glass, carpentry, measuring, leveling).
• Skills:
• Ability to use hand tools such as levels, caulk guns, and measuring equipment.
• Comfortable working on ladders and handling glass materials.
• Physical Ability:
• Able to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Additional Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to job sites (valid driver's license is a plus).
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
