Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:
The BMW Genius is responsible for inspiring and exciting Customers at the dealership with in-depth product information and insight. They promote the unique selling points of BMW products and their customer benefits. They also offer exceptional Customer service by using non-pressured Customer discussion. You will play a critical role within the company as a 'BMW Genius' that excels with technology and has the ability and patience to teach Customers about their specific vehicle. Other duties include:
- Keeping up with the latest product information.
- Planning and assisting with the Customer test drive experience with the Sales Associate and offering product insight during the test drive appointment.
- Supporting the Sales Associate with insight and product knowledge for Customers, when required.
- Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- High-level understanding of technology, its uses, and benefits.
- At least 1 year of general business or sales experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong resolve and unwavering persistence.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
