Wealth Management Analyst

Position Summary:
Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. As a key member of the service team, this role focuses on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Assisting the FA/PWA/team in delivering against their client service model, including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
- Providing backup coverage for traditional registered or unregistered Client Service Associate responsibilities, such as executing money movement transactions and answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts.
Remaining current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms.
Business Development & Operational Support:
- Assisting the FA/PWA/team in executing against their business plan, partnering closely with other market stakeholders.
- Executing administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies, including conferences, seminars, social media, and email connectivity.
- Preparing and reviewing various client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients.
- Assisting with research using firm-approved systems.
- Participating in existing client and/or prospective client meetings, representing the service lens.
- Participating in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field required.
- Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 required.
- Additional product licenses may be required.
- Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, and managed accounts.
- Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms.
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and results driven.
