Role overview & responsibilities

• Reporting to the Supervisor, the Builder - Incentive is responsible for the repair of customer pallets.
• Responsible for the quality repair of customer's pallets.
• Ensures compliance in the safe operation of all equipment.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area.
• Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.
• Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
• Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance.

What you'll need

• 6+ months of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:
1st Shift: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay Scale:
Training pay is $20.00 per hour, and after training, it can go up to $30/hr depending on individual production.
