Signing Bonus
This is how you earn up to $15,000.00 in signing bonus. Please keep in mind the bonus will be paid out at the end of your six months of employment at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster.
Should you achieve the levels listed below. At the end of 6 months of employment you will receive the following “Signing Bonus”. The amounts listed below are not paid consecutively, only the amount you earned per average.
Compensation package that rewards high-performers in excess of $10,000 / month and more
Sales Bonuses - weekly & monthly
401-(k) with 50% company match of first 4% of contribution
Comprehensive employee recognition programs
Incredible 5 day working schedule with flexible hours sales is open 9:00-7:00
Paid time off
Medical, Dental & Vision benefits
Essential Duties:
Effectively utilize CRM, phone system, and lead management tools
Schedule Sales appointments
Sell or lease new and pre-owned vehicles
Able to follow protocol at every step of the sales process and finance
Maintains a customer follow-up process which creates repeat and referral business
Qualifications & Experience
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated enthusiastic career-oriented individual
Minimum 5 year automotive sales experience required; Luxury Brand preferred

- Sell an average of 10 vehicles per month for 6 months. $5,000.00
