The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Brand and Partnerships Manager to drive TelyRx's growth through strategic partnerships and brand development. In this role, you'll build relationships with healthcare providers, manage our presence at industry events, and support the expansion of our partner network. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you'll play a key role in executing our partnership strategy and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute partnership strategy with healthcare providers, clinics, and medispas
  • Support development of corporate partnerships with employee benefits groups
  • Represent TelyRx at industry conferences and healthcare events
  • Maintain brand consistency across partnership initiatives
  • Implement co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness
  • Track and optimize partnership performance metrics
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and program compliance
  • Coordinate with marketing team on partnership-related content
  • Execute partnership outreach and onboarding processes
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities

Regional Focus

This role will involve regular travel to key markets for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences. While based in Dallas, you'll support partnership initiatives across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of brand management and partnership development experience
  • Healthcare or health-tech industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of managing successful partnerships
  • Experience with healthcare provider relationships
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with CRM and partnership management tools
