Position Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our HR department and other operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and willing to regularly contribute to making our company a better place to work. The administrative assistant should be highly efficient, organized, and approachable. Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by arranging interview schedules and serving as the initial point of contact for candidates upon their arrival, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, including preparing paperwork, documenting, and coordinating training schedules.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records for policy-related forms completed by employees
  • Assist employees in communicating IT-related issues with third parties for resolution.
  • Generate reports and compile data as needed for HR and management purposes.
  • Provide other general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, scanning documents, and maintaining company databases as required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement
  • Demonstrates strong character, ethical conduct, unwavering commitment, and reliable performance
