Automotive Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Copeland Chevrolet in Brockton, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry with the potential to earn between $65,000 to $130,000 per year, paid weekly. As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our dealership's service department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to help others learn
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction with an energetic attitude
• Willing to submit to a drug screen (excludes marijuana)
