We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via online chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with online tools and software
