The Position:

As the Project Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the team’s delivery of the design, build, and configure of applications to meet business process and application requirements using Adobe Experience Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 10 developers + 4 AEM platform resources and being the subject matter expert in AEM to client/AFS team
  • Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java Enterprise Edition to help client modernize services and backend systems to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, utilizing expertise in AEM and Java Enterprise Edition.
  • Develop and configure applications using AEM and Java Enterprise Edition, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide SME expertise to developers and level of efforts and analysis in new integration with IRS applications and new use cases
  • Manage delivery schedule, risks, issues, and escalate appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Expert experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5
  • Project Management skills in managing schedule, risks, issues of a team of IT/technical personnel.
  • Intermediate Client Development: HTML5, Javascript Front End Framework
  • Coding experience with Java Enterprise Edition
  • Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices
  • AEM Forms OSGI (preferred)
  • PostgreSQL (preferred)
  • Adobe Analytics (preferred)
  • Acrobat Sign (preferred)
