What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Efficiently handle inbound calls from guarantors regarding questions or complaints about their physician billing statements
• Meet or exceed established performance targets for productivity and quality set by the Collections Manager
• Review account history to understand the full impact of questions or complaints and ensure all past account history is updated
• Follow company policy regarding call handling and document interactions in the Practice Management System for consistent service
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary information and identify root causes of customer issues
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Graduate/GED required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare (professional) billing, health insurance, or equivalent operations work environment
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
• Capacity to work effectively as a team player
