In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Lead Designer to create stunning floral arrangements while providing top-tier service to our high-end clientele. This is a freelance, seasonal opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in creative, detail-oriented, and design driven environments.
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication and self-management skills, with room with grow within the company. The ideal designer is proficient in replicating specific designs, working intricately with orchids, and demonstrating a deep understanding of floral design principles, including texture, color, and scale.

- Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
